France captain Raphael Ibanez is expecting a warm welcome at Twickenham in two weeks time when Les Bleus face England in the RBS 6 Nations.
England were well beaten by the Irish and came off second best in almost every department but the hooker knows that England will be playing for pride after such a humbling.
Ibanez said: ‘The 43-13 result at Croke Park is a bit surprising but such a defeat will give England extra motivation.
‘I mix with England players all season and I can assure you that they are great competitors.
‘They will be out to redeem themselves and we can expect a warm welcome but we must not approach the Twickenham match as an insurmountable ordeal but as a fantastic challenge.’
France recorded a 32-21 victory over Wales in Paris on Saturday and will be looking for a Grand Slam following wins in Rome and Dublin.
