Jacques Brunel will reveal his list of 31 players who will feature for France in the 2019 Guinness Six Nations next Wednesday.

That means that this weekend in the Top 14 is the last opportunity for players to stake a claim for a call-up to the squad.

Les Bleus will gather at Marcoussis on January 20th for a training camp before kicking off their Championship at home to Wales on February 2nd at the Stade de France.

In November two players made their international debuts, tighthead prop Demba Bamba of Brive, and Toulouse hooker Julien Marchand.

Bamba could take on a larger role during the campaign in the absence of Clermont tighthead Rabah Slimani.

Brunel will also be able to call on a number of players who are back from injury with Teddy Thomas and Gaël Fickou both featuring this weekend, while Yacouba Camara has also returned after missing the Autumn Internationals.

A trio of Racing 92 players, Brice Dulin, Maxime Machenaud and Bernard le Roux, have also made their returns from injury last month.

Alongside the returning internationals, a number of players have impressed domestically in recent weeks and could come into contention including Toulouse pair Thomas Ramos and Sofiane Guitoune, as well as Stade Français flanker Sekou Macalou.
