Andrea Di Giandomenico has made just one change to his Italy Women’s squad as they prepare to welcome Ireland to Parma in Round Three of the Women’s Six Nations.

Francesca Sgorbini, the Rugby Colorno back row is the only new face, coming in for Elena Serilli.

The 18-year-old is therefore in line for her first taste of the highest level, having featured for Italy Under-18s Sevens at the European Championships last year.

Italy currently sit second in the Women’s Six Nations with seven points from two games, having clinched a bonus-point success in Scotland, followed by a draw at home to Wales.

Next up are Ireland, currently fourth following their victory against the Scots in Round Two.
