After a week-long breather, the Guinness Six Nations hurtles back into view this weekend with three more matches to blow your socks off.

It all starts in Paris, where France hope to gain their first win of this year’s Championship at home to a Scotland side desperate to get back on track following their defeat to Ireland in Round Two.

Then all eyes move to Cardiff, where Wales and England will do battle. The Championship’s two remaining unbeaten sides, only one can enter the second rest week with Grand Slam hopes intact.

And on Sunday, Ireland, back to winning ways in Edinburgh last time out, travel to the Stadio Olimpico where Italy lie in wait.

With such a feast of action set to dominate the weekend, BBC and ITV both have it all covered. There really is no need to leave your sofa.
