With two rounds in the books, now is the perfect time for Guinness Six Nations Fantasy Rugby players to reflect on the performance of their team so far – and make any changes.

And looking at the players who did the business in the three games at the weekend, it is clear to see that there are a few names who are making themselves virtually indispensable.

None more so than France No.8 Gregory Alldritt, who racked up the highest Fantasy Rugby points score of the 2020 Championship for his role in his side’s 35-22 win over Italy.

The 22-year-old, who made his debut in last year’s Championship, totalled 113.2 points to beat Wales winger Josh Adams’ opening weekend hat-trick total against the Azzurri by 4.4 points.

As such, Alldritt secured his place in the Fantasy Rugby Team of the Week for Round 2 with ease after carrying 21 times for a total of 77 metres and scoring Les Bleus’ third try.

Alldritt also recorded 14 tackles to boost his Fantasy Rugby points score but he was not the only France player to make this weekend’s best XV after another win in Paris.

His backline of team-mates Romain Ntamack (68.8 pts), Antoine Dupont (53.2 pts) and Gaël Fickou (50.9 pts) also performed well in the Fantasy Rugby stakes to make the Team of the Week.

There was also a healthy contingent of Ireland players after they joined France at the top of the Championship standings with a 100 percent record following the first two games.

Full-back Jordan Larmour (66.9 pts) and winger Andrew Conway’s (63.6 pts) both made the cut after scoring tries against Wales, with both cracking the weekend’s top four Fantasy Rugby scorers list.

They are joined in the Team of the Week by countrymen James Ryan (52 pts) and Jacob Stockdale (54.5 pts), who both delivered against the defending Guinness Six Nations champions.

Elsewhere, England’s war of attrition to reclaim the Calcutta Cup sees flankers Sam Underhill (57.4 pts) and Tom Curry (59.2 pts) keep Alldritt company in the dream back row.

Red Rose Lock Maro Itoje (47.6 pts) and prop Kyle Sinckler (44.6 pts) also earn spots for their roles in the 13-6 triumph at BT Murrayfield as they racked up the points for their Fantasy Rugby managers.

Wales and Italy both suffered defeats in Round 2 and only have one and two representatives in the Fantasy Rugby Team of the Week, respectively, as a result of their showings.

Hadleigh Parkes is the solitary Wales player, scoring the third lowest total of 37.6 pts, while the Italian front row pairing of Luca Bigi (22.9 pts) and Andrea Lovotti (21.7 pts) also make the team.
