Both the Allianz Premier 15s top two face vital games, with Bristol Bears knowing a win at Loughborough Lightning would see them end 2021 top of the tree.

Last season’s runners-up Saracens face Sale Sharks hoping to recover from their 36-17 defeat to holders Harlequins last time out.

Meanwhile DMP Durham Sharks host Exeter Chiefs looking to win their first game of the season against a Chiefs side who themselves are pushing for the top four places.

Also in Pool 1, Stade Rennais host Stade Français Paris in what is likely to be a tight battle, with just one point separating the two sides in the table. Elsewhere, AC Bobigny 93 Rugby visit bottom of the table FC Grenobles Amazones.

In Pool 2, AS Bayonnaise face Lille Metropole RC Villeneuvois while Lyon OI U host RC Chilly Mazarin as both sides try to make gains on the runaway top three of Montpellier, Bordeaux and Blagnac.

In Italy, Valsugana Rugby Padova visit Cus Milano Rugby ASD looking to continue a sensational start to the season which has seen them notch up 100 or more points on two occasions, including once against Cus Milano back in October.
