The Autumn Nations Series Fantasy Rugby came to a dramatic conclusion last weekend as Australia and South Africa recorded wins against England and Wales.
However, the 2023 Guinness Six Nations is now just around the corner, with a whole new Fantasy Rugby campaign just 63 days away.
With that in mind, let’s take a look at the Guinness Six Nations stars who have seen their value increase during the Autumn Nations Series.
Wales – Jac Morgan
Wales may have fallen to three defeats out of four, but Jac Morgan had a breakout Autumn Nations Series.
The 22-year-old scored twice as he registered 71 Fantasy Rugby points in Wales’ final game against Australia.
The back row also picked up 82.4 Fantasy Rugby Points for his double against Georgia, despite his side falling to a historic first defeat.
He may not have crossed the whitewash against Argentina, but he still scored 40.7 points having only come on in the 28th minute.
After three brilliant displays, Morgan’s value increased by 4.6 stars, and a crucial Guinness Six Nations campaign coming up for Wayne Pivac’s side, Morgan could be as crucial to Wales as he has been to many people’s Fantasy Rugby teams.
Scotland – Sione Tuipulotu
Sione Tuipulotu also experienced a dramatic price increase during the Autumn Nations Series.
The centre only picked up 7.3 Fantasy Rugby points in an 11-minute cameo against Fiji, but he scored 23.4 points the following week against New Zealand.
The 25-year-old put in one of the best performances of the Autumn Nations Series against Argentina, scoring 100.2 points after crossing the whitewash twice.
That display saw the winger’s value rise by 3.5 stars.
Scotland fans now know that the explosive back has the potential to cause even the toughest defences problems, and ahead of the Guinness Six Nations, expect to see him in many more Fantasy Rugby teams.
Ireland – Mack Hansen
Mack Hansen saw his star rise even higher during the Autumn Nations Series as he helped Ireland to wins over South Africa, Fiji and Australia.
Hansen got his series off to the perfect start, scoring a try and picking up 42.2 Fantasy Rugby points against the Springboks.
He followed that up with an excellent 72.6-point haul against Fiji, scoring his second try of the Autumn Nations Series.
And in Ireland’s last game again Australia, the winger put in an industrious performance, making eight carries and seven tackles.
He score 45.2 points against the Wallabies and ended the Autumn Nations Series with a 2.8 star price increase.
He has been one of Ireland’s most exciting talents for nearly a year now, and ahead of his second Guinness Six Nations, expect to see the winger be one of the most expensive players in Fantasy Rugby.
England – Guy Porter
It was a challenging Autumn Nations Series for England, but several young stars took the opportunity to burst on the scene.
One of those exciting prospects was Guy Porter, who was brilliant in England’s 52-13 win against Japan.
He also came on in the 68th minute against New Zealand, with his introduction coinciding with some of the sharpest attacking rugby England have played in years.
He only made two appearances during the Autumn Nations Series, scoring 60.3 points against Japan and 4.85 points against the All Blacks.
However, Porter still saw his value increase by 1.8 stars during the series, and with the Guinness Six Nations just around the corner, the Tigers midfielder may yet get more opportunities in white.
Italy – Ange Capuozzo
Italy were superb during the Autumn Nations Series, following up a storming display against Samoa with a history-making win against the Wallabies and a gutsy performance against South Africa.
Ange Capuozzo was a key figure in two of those three performances, scoring three tries and making four line breaks across the series.
He missed their series opener against Samoa, but he crossed the whitewash twice as he scored 85 Fantasy Rugby points against the Wallabies.
He followed that up with another score and a 45-point haul against the Springboks to help his value increase by 1.7 stars during the Autumn Nations Series.
Capuozzo will be the back everyone is talking about heading into the 2023 Guinness Six Nations.
France – Thomas Ramos
After playing every minute of France’s campaign, Thomas Ramos has seen his value go up by 1.5 stars.
The full-back was brilliant from the word go, helping Les Bleus to three impressive wins over Australia, South Africa and Japan.
The 27-year-old kicked six penalties and a conversion in the 30-29 win against Australia, picking up 67.6 Fantasy Rugby Points in the process before scoring 65 against South Africa.
Once again, Ramos kicked six penalties and one conversion against the Springboks, following it up with another three penalties and three conversions against Japan.
As a result, Ramos registered 59 Fantasy Rugby Points in Week 3 and saw his value increase by 1.5 stars throughout the Autumn Nations Series.
Depending on whether club colleague Melvyn Jaminet is back from injury, Ramos may continue in the France full-back jersey as they look to defend their title in 2023.
