With the Autumn Nations Series starting in less than a week, we look at the final round of European domestic action before the international stars leave to represent their countries.
In the Gallagher Premiership, Saracens’ sublime start to the season continued as they comfortably defeated Wasps 56-15 at StoneX Stadium.
Max Malins starred for Saracens, scoring four tries to follow up his hat-trick a week ago as Mark McCall’s men reached over 50 points for the second consecutive game.
England hooker Jamie George also got over the line once again, whilst Welshman Nick Tompkins made several key breaks for Saracens.
Elsewhere in the Gallagher Premiership, Harlequins returned to winning ways with Joe Marchant scoring twice in the 31-17 win over Bath Rugby at the Twickenham Stadium.
Fly-half Marcus Smith also crossed the whitewash for Quins, with Sam Underhill scoring for Bath, as Eddie Jones prepares for England’s Autumn Nations Series fixtures.
Exeter Chiefs suffered a shock 21-33 defeat to London Irish at Sandy Park, with Irish winning their first match in over 200 days.
Unbeaten Leicester Tigers continued to impress as they edged past Sale Sharks 19-11 at Welford Road, whilst Jonny May scored in a 29-20 win for Gloucester against Newcastle Falcons.
On Friday night Northampton thumped Worcester Warriors 66-10, with Tommy Freeman scoring twice for the Saints at Franklins’ Gardens, whilst Wales fly-half Dan Biggar scored 19 points, including a try.
Leinster continue to thrive in URC
In the United Rugby Championship, Leinster continued their excellent start to the season as they defeated Glasgow Warriors 31-15.
Ireland internationals Ronan Kelleher and Hugo Keenan both scored as Leinster cruised to a comfortable bonus-point win and ended Warriors’ good recent form.

Meanwhile, Munster suffered defeat in Swansea, as they went down 18-10 at the Liberty Stadium, with Stephen Myler scoring six penalties for Ospreys.
Cardiff Rugby edged past Newport Dragons, with Hallam Amos scoring for the home side at Cardiff Arms Park.
In Italy, Zebre Parma were defeated by Edinburgh 27-10, with Stuart McInally scoring for the Scottish side, as they notched four tries for the bonus point.
France No.10s make their mark
In the French Top 14, Damien Penaud scored as Clermont thumped Pau 42-20 at the Stade Marcel Michelin with Alivereti Raka dotting down for a brace.
Elsewhere, Bordeaux Begles continued their impressive start to the season as France No.10 Mathieu Jalibert notched 12 points in a 39-13 win over Perpignan.
Dylan Cretin’s try for Lyon came in vain as they were defeated 23-18 by Stade Français at the Stade Jean Bouin while also in Paris, Montpellier stunned Racing 92 in a 32-21 win, with Cobus Reinach crossing the line twice for the away side, whilst Italian fly-half Paulo Garbisi scored 22 points.
Top-of-the-table Toulouse once again caught the eye in a 41-0 demolition of Castres, with Thomas Ramos scoring 21 points including a try, whilst Romain Ntamack also scored for Toulouse.
