Andrew Brace will take charge as England welcome world champions South Africa to Twickenham in what is their first meeting since their 2019 World Cup final clash.
Eddie Jones’ side fell in Japan to a heavy 32-12 final defeat against the Springboks and will be looking for a shot a redemption this weekend when they face off.
Both sides are heading into the contest on the back of wins, with England besting Australia 32-15 while the Springboks beat Scotland at BT Murrayfield 30-15 thanks to a ruthless second-half showing.
Brace is supported by Angus Gardner and Frank Murphy on the sidelines while Brian MacNeice is the TMO for the 3:15pm kick-off.
The first game of week four of the Autumn Nations Series sees Scotland take on Japan at BT Murrayfield at 1pm, refereed by Brendon Pickerill.
Scotland will be looking to bounce back from their Springbok defeat, while Japan head into the game on the back of a 38-25 win over Portugal.
Paul Williams and Andrea Piardi are Pickerill’s assistants with Stuart Berry on TMO responsibilities.
The second 1pm game, Italy v Uruguay, sees Craig Evans as the man in the middle, supported by Ludovic Cayre and Tual Trainini with Ben Whitehouse in charge of all things TMO.
In the late Saturday afternoon action, Wales follow up from their pulsating test against Fiji last weekend with a visit from the Wallabies, who will be hoping to put their Twickenham Test defeat behind them.
Mike Adamson is the man in charge of proceedings at Principality Stadium with assistants Mathieu Raynal and Nika Amashukeli cast in the supporting assistant roles. Marius Jonker is the TMO.
The final Saturday evening game, a mouth-watering contest between France and the All Blacks, sees referee Wayne Barnes tasked with keeping things in order at the Stade de France, assisted by Luke Pearce and Karl Dickson, while Stuart Terheege takes charge as the TMO.
And on Sunday afternoon, Matthew Carley will take charge of Ireland v Argentina. His assistants will be Christophe Ridley and Adam Leal, while Tom Foley will be the TMO at the Aviva Stadium.
