1. The Promoter is Six Nations Rugby Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland under company number 358420 and registered at 1st Floor, Simmonscourt House, Simmonscourt Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Republic of Ireland and which is tax resident in the United Kingdom where it is registered with company number FC037182 and whose business address is at Thomas House, 84 Eccleston Square, Pimlico, London SW1V 1PX (the “Promoter”).
2. This competition (the “Competition”), which gives entrants the opportunity to win the prizes set out in condition 7 below, is open to residents of any of France, Ireland, Italy and the United Kingdom, excluding employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies, their immediate families or anyone else involved in the organisation or administration of the Competition. Entrants must be 18 or over at the time they enter the Competition. By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the relevant prize(s). The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions or does not fulfil the eligibility criteria.
3. For a chance to win, entrants must enter by submitting the Competition form, available across Six Nations social and digital (Web & App) channels, titled ‘Guinness Men’s Six Nations Golden Ticket Competition’ or similar. Entrants must provide the information requested on the entry form in order to enable fulfilment of the prize and entry will not be accepted by any other means. Each winner will be randomly selected by computer-generated draw. There is a limit of one (1) entry to the Competition per person and multiple entries by the same entrant may, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, result in disqualification of that entrant from the Competition or limitation of such entries to a single entry only.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Competition and the winner will not be liable for any costs related to shipping.
5. The Competition will be open for entry from 09:00 GMT on Friday 12th December to 12:59 GMT until Monday 12th January 2026. Any Competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
6. Only the winners of the prizes will be contacted directly by the Promoter on or before 17:00 GMT on Tuesday 13th January 2025. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact each winner using the details that were provided on the entry form. However, if a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of being contacted, they will forfeit their prize.
7. There will be five (5) prize winners. Each prize winner will receive the following:
Return travel to Edinburgh from a city of your choice in Italy, France, Ireland or UK for two (2).
2-night stay in an IHG Hotel in Edinburgh in one (1) room for two (2).
Access to the Guinness at the Johnnie Walker experience for two (2).
Access to the Guinness Men’s Six Nations Launch event at Edinburgh Castle for two (2).
A tour of Scottish Gas Murrayfield for two (2).
Tickets to Edinburgh Castle Tour for two (2).
A chance to win tickets to one of the fixtures on Super Saturday 2026 on 14th March 2026.
8. None of the prizes include insurance, food and drink or personal expenses (or any other items not expressly stated to be included above). All costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prizes are the responsibility of the winners. The winners will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person attending the event with them are available to attend on the relevant dates and hold any necessary tickets, documents or permissions required to travel and to gain entry to the event. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to take up the prize.
9. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or resold. The use of any prize is also subject to availability and the applicable ticketing terms and conditions and any applicable ground rules at the venue where the fixture or experience is held. If the prize winner is unable to attend a fixture or experience, they must notify the Promoter at least 7 days prior to such fixture or experience and must not transfer or sell any tickets for such fixture or experience to another person.
10. The prize winners may be contacted to participate in publicity related to the Competition (but participation is optional). If the prize winner agrees to participate in any such publicity activities, the prize winner and their guest agree that the Promoter may, with prior consent of the prize winners and their guest, record, film and/or photograph their participation in all aspects of the relevant prize and exploit, and authorise third parties to exploit, such films, photographs or recordings in any media now known or hereafter invented in any part of the world and for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity, with no payment being due to the winners or their guest. The Promoter will, in due time, provide the winner with all the relevant information regarding this specific processing of personal data and request the winner’s consent before implementing said processing.
11. Once each winner is selected, the Promoter will email the winner directly to obtain their full address and phone number so delivery of the prize can be made. Each winner must respond within one (1) day to the Promoter and provide this information so the prize can be delivered. Should a winner not respond within the aforementioned deadline, the Promoter will select another winner based on the procedure described herein.
12. Proof of making an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by the Promoter and will not be accepted as a valid entry. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter does not accept any entries which for technical or other reasons are unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected (nor does the Promoter accept liability in respect of such failed entries). All decisions of the Promoter in respect of the Competition are final, including the awarding of any prizes, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any such decision.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and country of major prize winners to anyone who emails [email protected] within 90 days after the closing date of the Competition. If you object to any or all of your surname or country being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. However, the Promoter must still provide this information in accordance with applicable laws when requested.
14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, including its shareholders, partners, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors and representatives, excludes liability for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Competition or receipt, use or misuse of any prize, the organisation of the Competition, if the Competition does not run as planned or if any part of the prize is unable to be delivered for any reason. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected. If the Competition or any part of it is not capable of running or being completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition without liability.
15. By participating in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by, and is deemed to have read and understood, these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter has the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary or amend the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions acting reasonably and on prior notice to the entrants.
16. If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be prohibited by law or adjudged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from these Terms and Conditions and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and shall not in any way affect the validity or enforcement of the remaining Terms and Conditions.
17. This Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Competition.

If you choose to opt in, your information shall be securely stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You have the option to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
