Bisegni has won seven caps for his county, all of them coming on the wing, and his last appearance was against England in last year’s Championship.

The in-form Zebre star’s inclusion sees him join Tommaso Castello in midfield while the back three of Matteo Minozzi, Mattia Bellini and Tommaso Benvenuti remains unchanged.

Tommaso Allan and Marcello Violi are the half-back pairing still while up front Sergio Parisse captains the side from No.8 in between flankers Seb Negri and Maxime Mbanda.

The second row consists of Alessandro Zanni and Dean Budd while Leonardo Ghiraldini is at hooker with Andrea Lovotti and Simone Ferrari the props.

On the bench there is a return for Giovanni Licata with George Biagi injured while Guglielmo Palazzani is the scrum-half cover with Edoardo Gori injured. The final change sees Oliviero Fabiani come in as the replacement hooker.
