Former France Under-20s captain Arthur Vincent will make his first Test start after being named to face Italy on Sunday in the only change made by Fabien Galthié to his France team.

Vincent comes in for the injured Virimi Vakatawa, who suffered a triceps injury in the opening win over England, and the Montpellier man will partner Gaël Fickou in the midfield.

Elsewhere it is the same side that saw off England, with Charles Ollivon captaining the side once more after his two-trying showing a week ago.

Antoine Dupont and Romain Ntamack continue in the half-backs, while François Cros has shaken off a niggle to take his place in the back row alongside Ollivon and No.8 Grégory Alldritt.

Galthié and his coaching team have changed the make-up of their bench, with second row Romain Taofifenua coming in for Vincent.

That means France have six forwards and two backs on the bench, with Taofifenua offering extra ballast in the second-row cover.

Baptiste Serin and Matthieu Jalibert will cover the backline from the replacements bench.
