Eddie Jones has named a 31-man squad for the final round of the Guinness Six Nations against Scotland with all 23 who played against Italy in contention.

Jones has called up some new faces with Ben Earl, Elliott Stooke and Marcus Smith included, while Ollie Thorley is another who will hope to make his Test debut in the game.

However Jones could also stick with the same matchday squad that beat the Azzurri on Saturday for the Calcutta Cup clash at Twickenham.

England currently sit second in the Guinness Six Nations table, and need Wales to lose or draw on the final day if they are to win the Championship.

One man who is not named in the squad is Maro Itoje, who has returned to club side Saracens to continue his injury rehabilitation.

Itoje had hoped to return before the end of the Championship, but suffered a recurrence of his knee injury last week and will not now feature.
