Romain Poite will get things under way on the second weekend of the Championship as he takes charge of Ireland v Wales in Dublin at 2.15pm on Saturday.
The Frenchman will be assisted by Luke Pearce (England) and Mike Fraser (New Zealand) with Glenn Newman (New Zealand) acting as TMO at the Aviva Stadium.
Both sides head into the fixture after registering wins on the opening weekend with Wayne Pivac’s Wales team aiming to claim a Championship victory in Dublin for the first time since 2012.
Later that afternoon at BT Murrayfield, Pascal Gauzere (France) will oversee the Calcutta Cup clash between Scotland and England at 4.45pm.
Gauzere will be joined by compatriot Mathieu Raynal and Federico Anselmi (Argentina) as his assistants, while James Leckie (Australia) will be on TMO duties in Edinburgh.
Neither England or Scotland were victorious in Round 1 but both did manage to earn a losing bonus point last weekend as Eddie Jones’ men seek to avoid a third successive Calcutta Cup encounter without a win.
In Sunday’s clash between France and Italy, Irishman Andrew Brace will start proceedings at the Stade de France at 3pm (GMT).
The encounter will mark Brace’s refereeing debut in the Guinness Six Nations.
Nigel Owens (Wales) and Brendon Pickerill (New Zealand) have been appointed assistant referees in Paris with Brian MacNeice (Ireland) as TMO.
Fabien Galthié’s tenure as France head coach began with a terrific victory over England last weekend as Italy look to claim their maiden win over France at the Stade de France.
