South African official Jaco Peyper will be the man in the middle when Wales and England battle it out at Principality Stadium in Cardiff in the Guinness Six Nations.

The two remaining unbeaten sides in this year’s Championship go head to head on Saturday for the chance to keep their Grand Slam dreams alive for another week.

Peyper will be the referee for the pivotal clash in the Welsh capital, with France’s Jérôme Garcès and Alexandre Ruiz his assistants and Ireland’s Simon McDowell on TMO duty.

Elsewhere, France will be looking to get their 2019 campaign up and running when Jacques Brunel’s side welcomes Scotland to Paris in the opening game of Round Three.

Les Bleus are without a win in this year’s Championships having lost their opening two games against Wales and England, while Scotland are coming off a defeat to defending champions Ireland.

Australian official Nic Berry will be in charge of the game at the Stade de France, where he will be able to call on the assistance of Wales’ Nigel Owens and Ireland’s Andrew Brace.

England’s Rowan Kitt will also be on hand as the TMO as Scotland look to bounce back from their defeat at BT Murrayfield in Round Two, having won their opening game against Italy.

The final game of the weekend will see Ireland travel to Rome to face an Azzurri side that are winless so far in this year’s Championship following defeats to Scotland and Wales.

Glen Jackson of New Zealand will be tasked with overseeing the clash at the Stadio Olimpico, where Joe Schmidt’s tourists are looking for a second consecutive win.

England’s Wayne Barnes and Karl Dickson will be Jackson’s assistants, while Graham Hughes is on TMO duty for the concluding game of the round on Sunday.
