Round 3 of the 2022 Guinness Six Nations offered up a wide array of viral moments, and there is no better place to find out which players have been catching the eye than on TikTok.

The Guinness Six Nations entertains more than 165,000 followers with videos capturing the action, passion and intensity of the Championship – as well as its lighter moments!

And after another week of enthralling action from Rugby’s Greatest Championship, we have had a look at some of the best TikToks from Round 3.

Dupont steals the show

Antoine Dupont was named the 2022 Guinness Six Nations Player of Round 3 after an astounding performance in France’s 36-17 win against Scotland in Edinburgh.

The scrum-half became the second Frenchman to win the prize this year after Gabin Villière won it in Round 2 following the win over Ireland.

World Rugby’s reigning player of the year controlled the pace of play and launched the stunning counter-attack that led to the opening try of the match.

Delight for Darge on first start

It was not all bad news for Scotland, though, as back row forward Rory Darge, who was moved from six to seven after Hamish Watson’s late withdrawal with Covid, scored a try on his first Scotland start.

Coach Gregor Townsend heralded the flanker as Scotland’s outstanding player on the park on the day as he translated his fine Glasgow Warriors form onto the international stage.

Baird’s speed stops Italy

Ireland’s Ryan Baird ensured Italian scrum-half Stephen Varney had no extra time to get his kick away in Dublin.

Baird’s charge down helped his team beat Kieran Crowley’s side 57-6 at the Aviva Stadium.

Knock, knock. Who’s there? Monty Ioane

Monty Ioane put in another blockbuster performance for Italy and capped it with this huge hit on Ireland’s Garry Ringrose.

Adams back with a bang

It was a weekend to remember on a personal level for Josh Adams, who capped his return to the Wales starting XV with a try against old rivals England at Twickenham.

However, the result did not go the way of Wayne Pivac’s side as they could not quite recover from going 17-0 down, eventually losing 23-19.

History for Youngs

Ben Youngs became England’s most capped men’s player as he eclipsed Jason Leonard’s record of 114 caps.

The scrum-half came off the bench to win his 115th cap against Wales, having made his England debut in the 2010 Championship.

Zizou!

It was a brilliant weekend of rugby, and this France fan certainly had a good time while on tour in Edinburgh.

It was not Romain Ntamack but the name of another famous French sportsman to have worn the No.10 that he was sporting on his back…

Six Nations Rugby and TikTok announced a landmark partnership in January that will see the entertainment platform become the Title Partner of the Women’s Six Nations, as well as an Official Partner to the Guinness Six Nations and Autumn Nations Series, from the 2022 season through to 2025.
