Round 3 of the TikTok Women’s Six Nations provided us with yet more excitement as the Championship heads into the Easter break.

England were made to work hard for their win against Wales at Kingsholm on Saturday but the defending champions proved to be too strong and ran out 58-5 winners thanks to seven second-half tries.

France showed they have what it takes to match England at the top of the table after securing another try bonus-point in their 28-8 win over Scotland at Scotstoun Stadium.

And in the final game of the weekend, Ireland won their first match of the Championship by beating Italy 29-8 at Musgrave Park.

With plenty of eye-catching action on display, there were several top performers in TikTok Women’s Six Nations Fantasy Rugby – with the team of the week revealed below.

Scarratt inspires as Breach scores two

Unsurprisingly after an impressive third win against previously unbeaten Wales, England have the maximum four players selected in the team of the week.

Centre Emily Scarratt scored an astonishing 96.7 points, with her late try adding another 15 points for the owners of last year’s top Championship points scorer.

On her return to the Red Roses after 11 months out, Jess Breach scored two of England’s ten tries to join Scarratt in the backline with 67.6 points.

In the forwards, Player of the Match Abbie Ward led the way with 76.4 points, narrowly beating prop Sarah Bern who also scored and earned 75.6 fantasy points in the process.

French quartet led by half-back pairing

France, who are behind England on points difference at the top of the table, also have the maximum four players selected.

Their instrumental half-back pairing Laure Sansus and Jessy Tremouliere lead the way for Les Bleues.

Sansus’ double in Glasgow and Tremouliere’s try and four conversions were enough to see France past Scotland 28-8 with captain Gaëlle Hermet also crossing the whitewash.

Tremouliere, selected in this team at her usual position of full-back despite excelling in the No.10 shirt last weekend, also rewarded her backers with a further 15 points when she was awarded Player of the Match, taking her match total to 74.2 points.

Despite only playing the first half, Sansus made such an impact that she scored 65 points while Hermet picked up 46.1 points.

Laure Touye is the fourth French player to make the squad, scoring 42.4 points.

Ireland’s try scorers go big

Ireland’s first win of the Championship over Italy was a big one and they join England and France in having four players selected this week.

Try scorers Lucy Mulhall and Eve Higgins are both included in the backline, after racking up 60 and 60.5 points respectively.

Two of Greg McWilliams’ forwards also make the team after an excellent showing in Cork.

Back row Edel McMahon secured her managers a cool 53.5 points, while second row Sam Monaghan, who was named Player of the Match, scored 72.5 points after another towering display in the engine room.

Italy duo and Powell complete team

Italy forwards Melissa Bettoni and Beatrice Veronese have both made the team for Round 3.

Front rower Bettoni scored her side’s only try to earn 62.1 fantasy points, while flanker Veronese chalked up 48.3 points.

The final player selected is Wales’ Kayleigh Powell who scored 37.7 points and showed off her versatility by excelling in the No.15 jersey despite slotting into this team at fly-half.
