Ireland lifted the NatWest 6 Nations trophy after sealing the Grand Slam with a 24-15 win over England at Twickenham.
First-half tries from Garry Ringrose, CJ Stander and Jacob Stockdale were enough to give Ireland the victory.
Captain Rory Best was presented with the NatWest 6 Nations trophy, while Peter O’Mahony and Johnny Sexton held the Triple Crown aloft.
