1. The Promoter is Six Nations Rugby Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland under company number 358420 which is tax resident in the United Kingdom where it is registered with company number FC037182 and whose business address is at Thomas House, 84 Eccleston Square, Pimlico, London SW1V 1PX (the “Promoter”)
2. This competition (“Competition”) is open to residents of any country within England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales, excluding employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies, their immediate families or anyone else involved in the organisation or administration of the Competition. Entrants must be 18 or over at the time they enter the Competition. By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the relevant prize(s). The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
3. For a chance to win, entrants must enter via submitting the competition form that can be found across Six Nations social and digital (Web & App) channels titled ‘Predict the matches to win two tickets to the 2025 Guinness Men’s Six Nations’ or similar. Entrants must correctly predict all the matches and provide the information requested on the entry form in order to enable fulfilment of the prize. The winner will be randomly selected by an independent 3rd party (random generation by Two Circles whilst on a call with an SNRL representative). There is a limit of one entry to the Competition per person.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Competition and the winner will not be liable for any costs related to shipping.
5. The Competition will run from 09:00 GMT on Monday 22nd January to 19:59 GMT on Friday 2nd February 2024. Any Competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
6. The winners of the prizes will be contacted directly by the Promoter on or before Friday 29th March 2024. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner using the details that were provided on the entry form – however if the winner cannot be contacted, they will forfeit their prize.
7. The prize is to win 1 pair of GA tickets to a 2025 Guinness Men’s Six Nations match. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, insurance or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner(s). The winners will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents on the relevant dates. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the prize.
8. There is one prize in total of two general access tickets.
9. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or resold. The use of the prize is also subject to the applicable ticketing terms and conditions and any applicable ground rules at the venue where the matches are held.
10. The prize winner may be contacted to participate in publicity related to the Competition (but participation is optional).
11. Once a winner is selected, the Promoter will email the winner directly to obtain their full address and phone number so delivery of the prize can be made. The winner must respond within 5 days to the Promoter and provide this information so the prize can be delivered. Should the winner not respond within the aforementioned deadline, the Promoter will select another winner based on the procedure described herein.
12. Proof of making an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by the Promoter and will not be accepted as a valid entry. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter does not accept any entries which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected. All decisions of the Promoter in respect of the Competition are final.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and country of major prize winners to anyone who emails [email protected] within 90 days after the closing date of the Competition. If you object to any or all of your surname or country being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. However, the Promoter must still provide this information in accordance with applicable laws when requested.
14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the Competition or receipt or misuse of any prize.
15. By participating in the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by, and are deemed to have read and understood, these Terms and Conditions.
16. If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be prohibited by law or adjudged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable such provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from these Terms and Conditions and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and shall not in any way affect the validity or enforcement of the remaining Terms and Conditions.
17. This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Competition.
