Supported Calendar Applications

Any calendar that works with iCal (.ics) or XML format, including:

  • iPhone/iPad
  • Outlook 2010 (and older)
  • Outlook 2007
  • Outlook.com and Hotmail
  • Gmail (Google Calendars)
  • Calendar (on Mac)
  • Sunbird/Thunderbird

iPhone/iPad

  1. Copy the calendar URL that displays near the top of this page
  2. Select Settings on your device
  3. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  4. Select Add Account
  5. Select Other at the bottom
  6. Select Add Subscribed Calendar
  7. Tap the Server box and Paste the URL
  8. Select Next
  9. Optionally modify the description

Outlook 2010

Subscribe to a Calendar

  1. Click Calendars on the bottom left of the screen
  2. Click Open Calendar on the top menu
  3. Choose From Internet
  4. Enter the URL and click OK (URL can be copied near the top of this page)
  5. Click Yes to agree

Import a Downloaded Calendar

  1. Download the .ics file by clicking the link near the top of this page
  2. Click File
  3. Click Open
  4. Click Open Calendar
  5. Browse and select the .ics file

Outlook 2007

Import a Downloaded Calendar

  1. Download the .ics file by clicking the link near the top of this page
  2. Select File > Import menu
  3. Choose import an iCalendar or vCalendar file
  4. Select the downloaded .ics file

Subscribe to a Calendar

  1. Go to Tools > Account Settings
  2. Choose Internet Calendars tab
  3. Click New…
  4. Paste the URL into the location field (URL can be found near the top of this page)
  5. Click Add

Outlook.com and Hotmail

Subscribe to a Calendar

  1. Login to you outlook.com/Hotmail account
  2. Depending on what account you signed in with
  3. Outlook.com: Click the down arrow beside the Outlook menu on the top left & click Calendar
  4. Hotmail: Click Calendar on the bottom left of the screen
  5. On the toolbar (located above day/week/month tabs), click Subscribe
  6. Select Subscribe to a public calendar
  7. Enter Calendar URL
  8. In the Calendar name box, type a name for the calendar
  9. Next to Color, select a color for the calendar
  10. Click Subscribe to calendar
  11. Click Done

 

Import a Downloaded Calendar

  1. Download the .ics file by clicking the link near the top of this page
  2. Login to you outlook.com/Hotmail account
  3. Depending on what account you signed in with
  4. Outlook.com: Click the down arrow beside the Outlook menu on the top left & click Calendar
  5. Hotmail: Click Calendar on the bottom left of the screen
  6. On the toolbar (located above day/week/month tabs), click Subscribe
  7. Select Import from an ICS file, and then click Browse
  8. Browse to the .ics file and click Open
  9. Select Import into a new calendar or Import into an existing calendar
  10. In the Calendar name box, type a name for the calendar
  11. Next to Color, select a color for the calendar
  12. Click Import calendar
  13. Click Done
  14. Gmail (Google Calendar)
  15. Subscribe to a Calendar
  16. Login to your Gmail account
  17. Click Calendar on the top menu (the menu above the search box)
  18. Click the down arrow beside Other Calendars on the left menu
  19. Click Add by URL
  20. Enter the URL (URL can be found near the top of this page)
  21. Click Add Calendar

Import a Downloaded Calendar

  1. Click Import
  2. Browse and select the .ics file
  3. Click Import calendar
  4. Click the down arrow beside Other Calendars on the left menu
  5. Click Calendar on the top menu (the menu above the search box)
  6. Login to your Gmail account
  7. Download the .ics file by clicking the link near the top of this page
  8. Calendar (on Mac)
  9. Subscribe to a Calendar
  10. Open Calendar app
  11. Click File > New Calendar Subscription
  12. Enter URL (URL can be found near the top of this page)
  13. Click Subscribe
  14. Import a Downloaded Calendar
  15. Download the .ics file by clicking the link near the top of this page
  16. On the pop-up, select the calendar you want to import the file too, or select a new calendar
  17. Click OK
