England secured their biggest win against Italy since 2008, as Abby Dow led the way with two tries in their 67-3 victory.
England were starved of the ball in the first half but did score tries through Emily Scarratt and Vicky Fleetwood.
But they played their best rugby after the break, as Dow scored two of seven second-half tries.
The win ensures England will top Pool A and meet the winners of Pool B in the Women’s Six Nations final on Super Saturday.
